Lovely dress, lovely material, unfortunate shipping glitch

All is lovely, for sure. My suggestion: find sturdier packaging which cannot easily be cut into. Our order of four dresses arrived with only one. The package had been cut into and three dresses fell out?/were taken out. Making a claim with USPS is a real drag, esp. with poor internet connection. Eco-friendly packaging is the way to go. It also must withstand the rigor of shipping. Thanks!
