I called because my service dogs ID was stolen, and i was trying to order a new set, i could not remember my password so, the women who answered the phone helped me get everything squared away, and even added my items to the cart and emailed it to me so all i had to do was pay and I received items in a couple of days and she even emailed me a copy.. this is how customer service is supposed to be !!

Poor quality

The items I ordered came very quickly. Yet, the velcro patch on the service vest was not sown on properly. The stitches were broken. To keep the service dog patch on it. I will have to buy materials to now fix it and spend time fixing it. Disappointed with quality control and item received.
