Since finding Quantum Machinery / Siegmund last year I have purchased clamps several times expanding our clamp inventory as we create more elaborate fixtures with them. The awesome thing about the Siegmund 28mm size they fit our older tables with a colorful name, and are more affordable allowing me to purchase more with less. On our most recent order I ordered a dozen clamps but only found 10 when I opened the box - I called Quantum and explained what happened they immediately pulled up my order and looked at the picture they took before sending and verified only 10 clamps where sent, two days later the missing clamps showed up.
