Excellent products but the best part is the customer service!

I wanted to update my review because my experience with Ellington Pens deserves a second mention. While I absolutely love the rollerball pen I purchased, I struggled with the fountain pen. To be fair, I am not an experienced fountain pen user, so I cannot say with certainty whether the issue was a defective pen, user error on my part, or simply an isolated problem. What I can say is that the fountain pen did not perform as expected for me. What truly impressed me, however, was Ellington Pens' customer service. After reading my review, they reached out and offered to make things right. The entire process was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. In a time when exceptional customer service often feels like a lost art, Ellington Pens reminded me what it looks like to stand behind your products and treat customers with respect. I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with me, and that level of service has earned my trust and future business. The rollerball remains one of my favorite writing instruments, and I would not hesitate to purchase from Ellington Pens again.

Solid build

I unwittingly washed my pencil with laundry. The pocket clip came undone but the pencil was in perfect working condition. Solid.

Good pen flakey refil

Firstly I think the pens and their writing design is great. The weight and look are more akin to a more expensive brand.. I now have three fountain pens when I only needed one🤣🤣 here is the rub for me the cartridge replacement plunger is a bit weak. One of mine has broken already. A bit disappointing.. still I love the pens, and my rollerball and mechanical pencil!
