The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and consistent with everything else I have from Clawhammer. The Depghlegmator controls the temperature of vapors going into the condensor precisely and precludes 'chasing' the still to get a constant temperature in the column. The only thing better than the items Emmet and his staff sells is their post-sale support and service that is as good as it gets.

Dephleg works like it is supposed to. Love the ease of the tri-clamp set up.
