Ramply - Split Ottoman

The first one i received had a bent leg. Requested a replacement for the leg and sent photos. Theu sent another ramp but is much smaller than the one i ordered. I now have 2–one i cannot use and one with a missing leg. This has NOT been a good experience.

This product is made for a toy poodle at best. I'm not sure what kind of couch or bed they think a 13-in step stool would fit. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print and too small of a size is not worth returning so I donated it.. quality is very good. I wish it was twice as big

Delivered without the 4 legs. Tried yo contact via email. Never got a response
