I have the jewelry box and I love it I got another for my daughter's birthday present, and she loves it too. Great product.

Came improperly assembled

I purchased this as a gift on 10:29 and it came improperly assembled. There is a 30 day window for returns from date of purchase (not date received) but no way to contact the company other than by email. I did that and submitted the requested documentation on 11/20 and 11/21. The company has yet to respond and authorize the return, and their clock for returns is ticking away through no fault of mine. This was an expensive item. Extremely disappointed at this point and evidently only 2 days left to see any of my money back.
