ShieldPro™ BBQ Mat

The product I received was materially different from the product advertised. It was a thin foldable sheet, did not have the advertised Shieldpro logo, and did not match the construction or appearance shown on the website. I first contacted the seller on 4 September requesting a return/refund and supplied photos and video when requested on 10 September. As of 17 September, my refund request remains unresolved

The ad made it appear to be a thick rubber mat…it is no more that a thin piece of plastic.

It's a cheap fold up piece of vinyl. Get the Cuisinart one.
