Very happy with my vertical plunge. great footprint . great customer service. I recommend this product to everyone I know who is into working out , health and longevity. You will not find a better tub for the price.

Perfect addition to my recovery oasis

I discovered cold plunging a few years ago at a local recovery studio, it helped my over 50 year old body recover from my many athletic activities ( trail running, powerlifting, rock climbing). After online research I finally pulled the trigger on the Cold Creek vertical tub, which ticked my boxes of something not too big that I could move myself that was durable with a nice finish, relatively low maintenance, and a competitive price. Delivery was smooth, I actually changed my mind after the delivery about where I wanted to place the tub and was able to move it myself through my garage and a doorway onto my back patio. Setup was straightforward, although I did initially only reference the video which doesn’t mention letting the chiller sit upright 24 hours before plugging in so I plugged in a little early and briefly ran it before realizing my mistake. I texted the company and they told me it would probably be fine, which it is. So far it’s been great, I love plunging in the morning listening to the birdsong and looking up at the trees, something I couldn’t do at the recovery studio. The chiller is surprisingly quiet. This is my first experience with a vertical plunge and I really like it, I kind on wedge my knees against the side and float. Five stars all the way!

Great Cold Plunge

My wife and I have been getting our daily cold plunges in with the Vertical Cold Tub. This cold plunge setup has been great for our needs and I think its hard to beat compared to some of the other options out there. Compact enough to fit in our little backyard patio and easy to maintain. Had a few hiccups with the chiller initially, but Payton and Cayman were very responsive and got my issues resolved promptly. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received.
