Neptune Discs Splash

Good feel in the hand.

Found my putter, for now

I was looking for a putter that was like my old Vibram Summit, when it was new that is. I ordered four Neptune Splash. I think they are grippier than I remember, but that's good. The rim is a little deeper and the edge radius sharper. That being said I like this putter. So much so I ordered five more. I like the feel of it in the hand. The taller profile and angular nose provides a good lock in the "crease" of the hand. It's one of my things I check if my putting starts going awry (more so than usual). Plus having several of the same putter makes practice more productive. Keeps soft feel pretty well at colder temps. I was out on a sunny day in the high 20's and it was fine. It works ok for up shots, but the aforementioned sharper edge comes into play so I don't throw this disc full strength. It works well for those 40-50 ft plop shots. Then the price. I got the bass plastic for less than four dollars. Why would you pay more.
