Quickly improving my game, thanks Matt!

Excellent training videos! Great detail for each technique and strategy on when to use them. I’ve already seen improvement while rolling with my side control, escapes, submissions and holding control to take a breath or slow opponent down. Already looking at which blueprint to study next!
