Great Product, Customer Service needs a Level Up

I'm sure I would have loved it if I had received it. Through no fault of the company itself, it never arrived in the mail even though the package tracking said it was delivered. That's on USPS, NOT Allied Threads Co. That being said, attempts to contact Allied Threads via email, FB, and IG to discuss what my options were resulted in no response or even my message being read, as far as I can tell. I ended up having to order a second Mask which I did receive, and it is awesome, and the quality is great. I understand they are a small crew, and they have been busy with establishing their new HQ, but if a product is being sold, especially at the price point, then customer service needs to be a higher priority. No hate intended, just some constructive criticism.

Best mask I have purchased. Light, breathable, and insanely comfortable. When you pull it off your face it doesn’t bunch up weird and it’s easy to get back on your face. I’ve started buying one in different colors every drop.
