USDA Choice Family Steak Pack

Just did one of the ribeyes tonight. Reverse sear method with a half stick of butter in cast iron to finish her off rare-med rare. Yum

Love your products , this is my 2nd order. The first order came late and you took care of it by sending out a new order. We disposed the late order and received the replacement in time. Great customer service . Received the 2nd. order a day early, and will enjoy this weekend .

We sent this as gift to our dear friend who just finished Ranger school. He worked so hard and needed a good meal!
