eBook: "The Recovery Playbook"

I had great service replacing the two XL size insoles with a size L. I really like the insoles. I never received the recovery booklet with the original order. I was told two more times it would be sent but I still haven't received it. I would be happy to give feedback again if you send me the booklet.

Can't upload a photo of something that does not exist. Getting really tired of e-books and companies that cannot provide hard copies. Your advertisements have these nice books, that are bound and laminated and look great, but in reality, it is just another PDF that will be looked at once and forgotten about.

After repeated emails back and forth with Jessica, I STILL don’t have this ebook. I can’t rate it until I receive it. Sorry to say that customer service for this product is terrible!
