It is my way of doing mindful Meditation. I take my workbook and paints down to my favourite cafe which has a beautiful outlook. Tobio’s has helped my stress. I highly recommend the kit.

I enjoyed starting this book recently. I'm still in the "early novice beginner" stage. But in working on the picture of the girl in the flowing dress, I found that it slowly began looking like a "real" painting!! It's my best picture yet, but I'm still practicing!
