The BOGO deal was terrific. However, we have already given some of the neck pillows away as we found they were too bulky and got very warm - i had to keep taking mine off because I found the memory foam held in too much heat. The anti-theft bags did their job well.

I didn't receive my first order and had a hard time reaching customer service. When they finally responded they were amazing. I felt so supported and they made it right. We received the pillows before our trip. I haven't used it yet but the support I received was amazing. We don't get that anymore. Thanks

It's the first time I've been able to sleep on an airplane, EVER! It really does hold your head up. You need to align it just right or the Velcro will scratch your chin, but it's easy to re-align. The only thing not easy is squeezing it back in the little bag.
