Image Colour Incorrect

I purchased the Ellie Petrol scarf as the image online was just the colour I was looking for. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a green colour; nothing like the image. Also one of the pieces of the scarf which hangs down had an overhang of extra overlooking which looked very scrappy. I contacted the Company to advise of the unexpected colour and was advised to take a photograph and email it to them. What was extremely surprising every time I took a photograph the colour matched the website image which was very strange. As this was a gift I have sent back for a full refund both for the colour and it being faulty.
