EMBAR Cordless Puzzle Light

While it was slightly lower and therefore with a smaller illuminated radius than expected, the light was enough for a large board game, so I am happy with this. Design was easy to handle and looked nice on the table. However, the pin was slightly bent from base after transport, the boxes looked generally to have been through rough times.

One of the lamps arrived with a rattle due to damage in shipping. The Company requested that I send a picture and a video so they could see and hear the damage. As soon as they received proof of the damage they immediately shipped a new one to me. Their customer service is outstanding.

Very slow shipment. It took almost 4 weeks to get my order because it came straight from China. Product was not well protected for shipment. I ordered four and all four flimsy boxes were wrapped together with just a plastic wrap and were slightly damaged. Three of the four lamps have something loose inside the base that rattles when the lamp is turned over; I presume the object inside is the rechargeable battery that was probably knocked loose from its mount (or probably just a small bit of glue) during shipment. All four lamps work but they just seem very cheap.
