Terrific device

For an entry-level device, it is amazing - both in its performance and price point. I contacted support with technical questions (not faults) and they were prompt and helpful. I'll be buying such equipment from them again in the future.

Pretty nice little unit.Still learning the in's and outs of it. It can do a lot. Very satisfied with it.

Works exactly as described, i was sceptical of this but I've had a great deal of luck with it from chasing insulation issues to finding a small water leak. It seems to suffer a bit in cluttered enviroments and can't show single electrical component faults well but thats expected for the price. Overall this is an awesome statring point for a thermal camera.
