Charging extra for fast shipping, but its been over a month with no updates, just a generic "we appreciate your patience " note when FINALLY answering emails Im doing a charge back on my card. Really disappointed.

Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use it such as which way to slide it, up or down or what knives can't be used with it.

I am still waiting before the order so I can't review it. And all I keep getting as be patient
