El Ishikawadai (junto con el Kase y el Concrete, todavía pendientes) era uno de los pocos tejidos de Oni que me quedaban por conocer… Y, una vez más, la maestría de Oishi-San no me ha defraudado en absoluto. Una tela muy especial, cargada de matices, maravillosa… con menos cuerpo que el Secret Denim pero más que el Kiraku, quizá a medio camino en todos los sentidos. Y el corte 270, un recto perfecto, todo en su sitio, impecable. Gracias a los amigos de Redcast por poner a nuestra disposición estas joyas del país referente en el mundo heritage y, como siempre, con una excelente experiencia de compra.

Best jeans I've ever owned

This is the pair of Oni's I've been waiting for--flattering straight leg fit, but (finally!) high enough rise to be comfortable. Interesting fabric but not one that stretches a crazy amount. Lovely mid-weight. I love everything about these. Also, heads up: I took one for the team and did something stupid, and hot washed AND dried them in the dryer on hot! (Not recommended, but I wanted to get ALL the shrink out. ) They didn't shrink hardly at all--at most, a cm in length, and nothing noticeable in any other measurements.
