I really like this makeup pencil, I use this pencil in the morning and it last all day, no smudges, no runs, stays on until I take it off.

Irritates

I was hoping to find a pencil eyeliner that wouldn't irritate my eyes and wouldn't smudge. But it's just like all the others. Guess I'll stick with liquid eyeliner.
