Good flavor with all flavors. Not sure if there is an appetite suppressant in this but it could have less of it. If you drink a Diet Coke with it, the Diet Coke tastes like straight up seltzer water. I will still buy more flow pouches. Same with each flavor.

I was told about these from a coworker. I can’t tell you how much I love these!! Great flavor and they really help with focus and “clean” energy/alertness

I just got the pouches today, and am excited to try them. The only issue I have is how long they took to get here. I could have driven down to Florida and picked them up, and drove back faster than they got here. That trip Is over 2000 miles each way.
