our shipment was delivered with 3 damaged pieces. Supposedly, replacements have been ordered but I am unable to get any information on when to expect them. The last two emails I have sent requesting info haven't been responded to. We have family coming to our new lakehouse on Father's Day weekend and need these bunk beds! We can't finish assembling them until we have the replacement parts. We are very frustrated at this point.
