Inaccurate description on the website

I wear a small size in hats, so would normally avoid ordering a hat that is described as O/S (one size). But the website description states that it can be made smaller by twisting the wire. The wire is inside the outer edge of the brim, so twisting it has no affect on the size of the hat. The only way I can make this hat fit is to sew a small tuck on the inside.
