Serene Sleep Cream

Wonderful, in my opinion. Sleep quality has improved. I also like the scent and texture; not sticky and does not cause an itchy sensation, which some other high magnesium creams have caused me in the past.

This magnesium plus sleep cream is fantastic. This is my second jar. I drop off quickly and am much more likely to return to sleep if I have to get up in the night. It has quickly become indispensible in my bedtime ritual.

I ordered the Sleep Cream after seeing an instagram post. I find the cream easy and quick to apply and importantly I do think it has helped my sleep.I will definitely keep using it.
