My mattress pad was delayed on the road. Unfortunately my husband died before it arrived. I asked about canceling or returning before it came. I was told don't return, my money was being refunded, and they were deeply sorry for my loss. My money was immediately refunded and the mattress cover arrived 2 days later. It is on it's way to Seattle for another person that is just going into hospice.
