This albumn picks up where the first NSE leaves off. The music and lyrics combined are among the most impactful of any genre. As a longtime fan of Ray and Jim I support all avenues they contribute to. An observation I suggested to friends is that Tuesday the Sky is an instrumental version of North Sea Echoes. I’ve read “professional” articles that notice similarities as well. It feels like they invented another metal genre branch.
