HEIRLOOM VINE CANDLE

I couldn't wait to receive this candle because of how enthusiastically an influencer promoted it! I wish I had acknowledged that everyone has different sensory preferences ... and perhaps motives .... and that I would not have become impulsive by her hype. To me, the scent was very unpleasant and actually gave me a headache. I was so disappointment by this let-down and then by finding out that this company does not offer exchanges or refunds. I am now out of my purchase price and shipping fee for a candle that is unusable to me. I have certainly learned a lesson on allowing myself to fall under the spell of this (quite common and peofitable) marketing strategy and to get caught up in not checking the (non) exchange and (non) return policies. In my excitement, I innocently (and foolishly) antipated better product quality and service. I admit, this expectation was on my part, not on the company. I understabdb that they are free to set their own customer service standards. This experience was a loss on my part, but also provided me with a lesson going forward!

The arooma was very faint. The wicks were curling over, and would not stay lit so i melted the wax and started over with new wicks I purchased. I am very disappointed in this product💔

The heirloom vine candle is fabulous!!! So fresh and clean smelling!!! I will definitely purchase again!!
