Anti-Theft Steering Wheel Lock

I’m not sure which “military grade” country was used, but the locking mechanism is housed in very cheap plastic. At first glance looking through the car window, it sports a heavy looking cable that loops over the steering wheel ring and then plugs into your seat belt latch. It provides a visual deterrent which may be enough get me by-passed by a casual car thief. The Toyota factory anti-theft system is enough. No shaved key is going to get passed this.
