Slowdive - Slowdive Vinyl Record

When a band goes away for over 20 years and then comes back, it's fair to wonder what they'll sound like. Slowdive didn't have an extensive catalog of music from the 90s, and their last album feo 1995 is not exactly one you'd listen to often. This self-titled LP is probably the best thing they've made. They still have that dreamy, blissful sound, but it's upbeatb enough to have in your head, and short enough (but not too short) to enjoy in a reasonable time, with only 8 songs. And the mastering on vinyl is exquisite, the best way to enjoy this gorgeous album. Much more similar to Just For A Day and Souvlaki, if you like those albums, you'll love this one.
