Thermapen® ONE Thermometer

I'm already in love with this. SO great to be able to get a reliabletemperature in a second instead of waiting for a minute or so on a normal food thermometer. Looks good, feels very solid and reliable. Fantastic.

Really easy to use and has helped ensure our food is properly cooked through. I used it to check a baking tray of chicken breasts of varying thicknesses and was able to remove those that were done and avoid overcooking them while the others went back in the oven. Also great for checking BBQ food.

Thermapen was recommended by a friend, and having received it and tried it on two Barbeques I am impressed. It is very well made, works as promised, and is a pleasure to use. I'm pleased I didn't buy a cheap Chinese copy.
