Jelly Bra®

Cannot recommend. I used the size chart to make sure the bra would fit, but the cups were still too small. Fair enough. I contacted them by email the same day to return the bra and collect my refund. They responded within 1 day and said that i dont need to return the item, and i could get the bra in another size free of charge. I replied them that i wont fit another size, and I just want my refund. Since then they have not returnes my mails (3 weeks have gone by now). I am willing to remove this review if they contact me and finally give me my refund.

Eerst probeert men 40% korting te geben zodat je nog eens kan betalen voot een verkeerd product, dan stellen ze vervanging zonder terug te sturen voor en daarna zeggen ze dat ze het best mogelijke item hebben opgestuurd. Nu om een terugbetaling gevraagd maar ik vrees dat dit ijdele hoop is Completely different product from what is advertised. Size L fits an XS at most. First they try to offer a 40% discount so you can pay for the wrong product again, then they suggest a replacement without returning it, and after that they say they sent the best possible item. I have now asked for a refund, but I fear this is a vain hope.
