Misleading Images + Poor Customer Service – Do Not Buy

I ordered the Cobalt 55 Quart Roto-Molded Super Ice Cooler with Wheels after seeing prominent blue cooler images on the website and in my order confirmation email. I was very surprised when a white cooler arrived. When I contacted support, they replied that they use “main stock imagery” and that the confirmation email shows a default blue image regardless of the color selected. They claim it’s the customer’s responsibility to notice the small, light-colored “White” text. This is misleading advertising. Customers should not have to hunt for tiny text while large product photos show a completely different color. The ordering experience is not clear, especially on mobile. Their solution? Offer an exchange where I pay for return shipping (~$80), new shipping (another $80), AND any restocking fees. They are unwilling to resolve the issue they created. Very disappointed in both the product presentation and the lack of accountability from Kal & Co Canada / Blue Coolers Canada. I expected better. Will not buy from them again and do not recommend this company.
