Room for Improvement

I received three identical black dresses in my mystery archive order, which was really disappointing. However, customer support reached out to me and helped resolve the situation. I really appreciate them taking my concerns seriously and providing good customer service. I hope future mystery archive orders have more variety, but I’m grateful for how this was handled.

An ok bag

I bought two three item bags and overall I got lucky in that I got two coats and two dresses, however, I did get three times the same dress with two being in the same bag which makes me feel like the brand is making fun of me because that’s a deliberate choice they did not advertise in the products description. I would have bought the product and been ok with that had I been made aware preemptively but this having been the case for many if not most customers is a bold choice to say the least. Furthermore, some girls on the discord who mentioned living in warmer regions showed the items they got and none received coats. I received two (I live in region where we get -40 degrees Celsius winters) which I would deduce means they don’t pick items completely randomly. On top of that, they made the blind box more expensive! This reflects just so poorly on the brand and I’m disappointed. So many people got different sets of duplicates, why couldn’t you just mix the items better since you had variance in products?? I like blind bags because they make you appreciate products you maybe wouldn't have bought on your own and that made me like lacemade even more but tbh these bags lacked effort. I get you just wanna get rid of your stock but this makes me reconsider buying from the brand at all. I did put four stars cause I genuinely liked the products I received and my goal isn’t to ruin the brands reputation but this was disappointing.

Not this time

I received 3 st phoenix dresses in the same bag, this is not a one time error, it's happening to more people but they are trying to help, i can't wait to see what's in the new bag.
