The Highland Lined

There was a minor scuff on my new belt, but didn't notice it until I wore it. I wasn't sure if I caused it or if it was a manufacturing issue. When I contacted customer service regarding the scuff, the CSR said it was a finishing defect and was very apologetic (mistakes happen) and acted swiftly to replace my belt with 2nd day shipping. It was quite a delight to have a company graciously admit their fault and correct the problem immediately. They even checked to make sure my belt size was okay, and offered another size if I desired, which I did; from 38" to 36". Great customer service and their belts are very high quality, I really like it, well worth the money. I would definitely buy from Hanks again!

The belt I ordered was specified 40" and was marked that, but was actually 48 inches long. It appears Hank's Belts likes to give the customer plenty of leather for the money, but drilling more holes and carefully trimming every belt purchased might be troublesome to other customers. Now, 100% of the belts I have purchased from Hank's have been too long, but they are of such high quality that I will never have to buy another one for the rest of my life. . The deep superior quality of my Hank's belts makes me quite proud and confident to wear them. . The USPS got the belt to me in lightning-quick time, that being two business days from order to arrival. I did not know Louis DeJoy allowed such good service from our post office anymore. (He is no longer Postmaster General, I know.)

For some reason I had a tiny fear the belt was still going to look too rugged to wear with a suit but it’s perfect! Truly a great everyday belt for any occasion!
