Love these but the screw always comes out and....

So this is my fourth pair i've ever owned.... the screw always comes out the side and then my lens falls out and gets scratched.... usually i can just pop it back in but its the tiny screw getting lost thats the problem! wish they were like threadlocked in there.... i have to constantly check it and tighten it or else... GREAT sunglasses aside from that i mean obviously i keep reordering! But i do want everyone to know to be careful....
