This was my first time ordering from this company, and while the jewellery itself is genuinely beautiful and the person I purchased it for absolutely loved it, unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The main reason for my three-star rating is the poor communication and customer service. I do take some responsibility for not reading the finer details on the website regarding the packaging. However, I specifically communicated on several occasions, both via email and Instagram, that the item was being purchased as a gift and that I expected it to come in the gift box which is prominently featured across their social media - didn't mind the extra charge as long as it came with it. On both occasions, this was acknowledged, so I was very surprised and disappointed when my parcel arrived without one. What was even more disappointing was the response when I contacted them to try and resolve the issue. I was given two options: either place another order and email them afterwards to request that a gift box be included, meaning I would have to spend more money to obtain something I had already made clear I needed, or purchase the box separately and pay additional shipping. Neither option felt like a reasonable solution to an issue that could have easily been avoided through better communication. Ultimately, I had to make alternative arrangements myself. It is a real shame because the jewellery is genuinely lovely, but unfortunately, as a first-time customer, this experience would make me unlikely to order again. The product itself deserves praise, but the service simply did not meet the expectations I had, particularly after I had clearly communicated what I needed in advance.

I loved the bracelet! It arrived sooner than I expected and it was packaged so well. Just really upset that it broke within a week of wearing it.
