Kowby Original Pack

I had a problem with the first backpack, the zipper was broken. I contacted customer support and they sent out a new one which is perfect. It holds a ton of stuff, my boots, and my hat with no issues. I don't think it will fit under a seat on the plane fully loaded, but I can just put it overhead. Overall I am very happy with the product.

I love the backpack as it does exactly what you want, carry a pair of boots and a hat. Getting it wasn’t easy and took well over a month and me badging the company who was terrible at communicating and caring about whether or not the customer got the thing they paid for. (I’m being kind in describing this).

I really love the backpack, but also I love the costumer service. I have a problem with an order and Kowby helped me so fast. Im so happy with them ♥
