Drip Detachable Scooter Luggage

I ordered 2 luggage skooters, spending over $400. Upon opening the box and letting each one of my children try out the scooter IN THE HOUSE, we immediately realized that the scooter was too small/short for my 9 year old son. I requested a return THE NEXT DAY, boxed up the scooter in the original box - which was flimsy and ripped up when it arrived, so I spent the time to put extra tape everywhere to ensure the box was supported. Travel totes received my return and is now claiming that the item is USED and they will only offer a 50% refund! DO NOT purchase from this company. While the scooter luggage is fine and WE KEPT ONE for my daughter, their unethical business practices and difficult support makes me encourage everyone to stay away from this company. There are many other luggage scooters on the market!

I like the concept! My son got a lot of comments on the scooter. The are two problems with the items 1-The handle is too short. My son is 10 years old and it will be helpful if the handle could stand up a bit more 2-the concept of the scooter is great while using it on straight line but it’s so hard to make right and left turns. My son actually has for a couple times has fall down a couple times.

We absolutely love this scooter suitcase\! It’s sturdy, easy to use, and makes traveling so much more fun for my son.
