I’ve purchased this garlic in the store for years while in Gilroy and loved it, but now that I’m on the East Coast, I have to have it shipped. Came wrapped in tissue and very much intact. As long as you keep it away from moisture (i.e. away from the sink), it will last just short of a year. The bulbs themselves are tight and free of blemishes. Tastes excellent. If you remove one from the bottom, the remaining braid remains intact. I bought 2 ft for myself and some 1.5 ft lengths as gifts. Thank you GarlicShoppe!
