J'attends toujours après ma commande complète. Ils envoient pas toute la commande. J'attend deux médailles et un chandail. J'ai beau être en communication avec eux par courriel, mais ils ont toujours des raisons non justifiable.

Shipping label was created weeks before it shipped. Customer service never did respond to any emails. Had an older email from an employee who did respond and said the products shipped from the states and then it would ship out.

Shipping label was created Sept 15, never shipped. Sent multiple emails now asking to cancel order as I have little doubt it will even ship. No response.
