Mexican Chiapas

First try and comparison of Chiapas dark and medium roast coffee

Both coffees have great aromas both before and after fresh grinding. The flavor of the medium roast is extremely pleasant and lasting. The dark roast did not give me the same experience . The Chiapas medium roast is now on my favorites list.
