This came in a large envelope with absolutely no protective wrap and unboxed. The envelope it came in had no bubble wrap on the inside nor anything to cushion the dryer. It came exactly as shown in the photo. There was no address even showing where it might have shipped from. It is not working as it should and I am completely unsatisfied with this purchase.

The wavy blow dryer is sturdy, blows out hot and cold air, and works great for me!

This hair dryer works really good. I have used the diffuser on my granddaughters thick hair and my average hair and both came out great.
