AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS BUSINESS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! I purchased a bag for my son. It arrived with a significant black mark on it. Having contacted this business, they informed me that they would not be willing to give me a refund and did not agree to come to a resolution. They are neglecting my emails and will not get in touch now so I hope this review reaches far and wide. Please do not waste your money by ordering from this business. Shop elsewhere and receive proper customer service. Total disgrace to be treated the way we have been.
