K&C - Personalized Knitted Backpack

I did not select flowers on the backpack and they added two flowers. I requested assistance with redoing the order, a refund or helping to take off the flowers as the rest of it was fine but they kept blaming me and refused to help. The order took forever to arrive as well. Do not order from this company.
