Disabler was Plug In to the Port, Immediately starts communicating with the Computer and ready to drive. Full time V8 Mode. Goes to sleep while Vehicle is turned off. I have noticed a difference in my transmission shifting gears. Wait and see if that smooths out. Only been 2 weeks now. Good Product

I have bought of these...one for a 2017 GMC Canyon 3.6L V6 and that unit is working very well. The one I bought for our 2020 GMC Acadia 3.6L V6 has turned out to be a defective unit and I am working with you folks thru a support ticket to resolve the issue. Otherwise I can say that the one for the Canyon is doing the job....
