Nice pineapple flavor but this sauce is so thick, it's like a sludge that you can barely get out of the bottle. A clot always formed in the neck every time I shook the bottle, to the point I had to use a knife to get it to pour. I don't find it hot either, the fruit solids seem to counter the pepper content. Threw this one out after a couple uses.
