GHOST

Black Moon Cosmetics has one of my top 3 favorite matte liquid lipstick formulas of any brand, and so many shades! I had been looking for the same shade of a cool toned muted purple in place of my "powder puff lip cream" from NYX in the shade Detention because I've had the NYX one for so long, I'm pretty sure it's expired at this point. Plus, I wanted a bit more of a long-lasting formula. Well, I don't have to look any further now, because this shade and formula is perfect! This is perfect with a black lip liner, faded into the purple, or a deeper purple lip liner, with a sparkly gloss on top, etc. I originally tried Belladonna which is also a beautiful purple, but darker and more blue-leaning than this shade, which is a bit more of a muted grayish purple. Overall, I really am so excited to have found this, and to have fun with it!

I didn't love how dark it was. The actual color was way darker than the pictures on the models on the website, which makes me think the model photos are photoshopped.

This color is everything! I love it so much and it looks great on my fair cool toned skin!
