The flowers were great but the service was poor. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 2 blocks away. It was only for the kindness of the wrong recipient that she delivered the flowers to the rightful destination.
The tracking system was non-existent and we were lucky.
I explained this to POHO but there wa sno apology or goodwill gesture.
